Our rates are per room per night, with breakfast and taxes included
Check-in: from 12 to 7 PM. After 7.00 PM self check-in is allowed with access code.
Check-out: within 10.30 AM
Booking a room: please fill in the form below. We will check room availability and answer within 24hours. You will receive a booking confirmation email. A secure link will be also provided to enter a valid credit card. A minimal amount will be charged on your credit card as proof of validity.
Room payment: the full payment of the room(s) will be due at Rialto1082, one day before your departure
Online guests registration: we will provide you with a online form to register guests details. This will speed up the registration procedure at your arrival.
Luggage: you can temporarily leave your luggage in our storage room before your check-in. Same treatment for check-out
Tourist tax: introduced by the Municipality of Venice in order to finance tourism, the maintenance of cultural heritage sites and the environment, as well as public services, the tourist tax in Venice is calculated per night / per person and levied on all visitors staying in hotels, b&b’s, campsites and tourist rental flats. The Municipality of Venice therefore requests Rialto1082 to collect this tax in its name and on its behalf. Payment must be made in cash (euros) upon arrival (check in) at the facility in Venice.
Important note: this tax only applies to the first 5 consecutive nights of your stay (i.e. if your stay is longer than 5 nights, e.g. 8 nights, the tax will only be calculated and charged for the first 5) and is subject to variations and some exemptions (https://www.comune.venezia.it/it/content/tourist-tax-information-guests)
