Our rooms are furnished in a modern style and are extremely comfortable with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser.
Despite overlooking a very quiet and peaceful location, all windows have been soundproofed and are double-glazed to keep out the heat and the cold and ensure the utmost relaxation.

Una struttura da consigliare Edificio tipico del quartiere, anche un pò trascurato nella facciata, ospita un B&B gestito ottimamente dal proprietario. Stanza di buone dimensioni, bagno completo e pulito, TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata e wifi, tutto perfettamente funzionante. Colazione in linea con la categoria e sufficientemente completa. Assistenza alla colazione perfetta e soddisfacente. Il proprietario Damiano è una persona disponibile, anche per fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti ( tutti ottimi) per la visita della città. Ubicazione strategica ( Rialto a pochi passi) e vicinanza alla fermata del vaporetto ( Linea 1) raggiungibile in due minuti. Rapporto qualità prezzo invitante.

Consigliata! A due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto linea 1, ottima posizione, staff e host cordialissimi, stanze pulite e abbondante colazione. Tenete conto delle scale, e che ovviamente non ha ascensore. Damiano ha saputo consigliarci molto bene sia su cosa vedere, che su dove mangiare, e persino sui trasporti.

Piacevole soggiorno al centro di Venezia Ho trascorso in questo BB il weekend di Pasqua 2023 con mia figlia. Camera doppia pulita, ambiente intimo e personale super gentile. Il signor Damiano davvero gentile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare Venezia e dintorni oltreché suggerimenti di percorsi per conoscere la città. Il BB si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal ponte di Rialto e al centro di tutto. Prezzo ottimo per la centralità del BB! Super consigliato!

Accogliente e pulito Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B dal 13 al 15 gennaio. Siamo stati accolti dal titolare, molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha anche chiesto se ci andava bene una stanza al terzo piano o se preferivano una al secondo. La struttura è quello che ti aspetti da Venezia, a piani, ma ben curata e pulita. La camera, con servizio privato, delle dimensioni più che sufficienti per due notti, ma anche di più. La colazione era ricca e proponeva sia il dolce che il salato, c'erano anche delle brioches senza glutine. Inoltre la struttura a breve distanza dai principali punti d'interesse artistico oltre che essere vicina alle principali cicchetterie di Venezia.

week end parfait :) Damiano a entre ses mains un lieu parfait pour une halte à Venise :) nous sommes ravis d'avoir été dans cet endroit pour notre séjour de 4 jours à Venise. Tout le monde est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est parfait et bien complet pour pouvoir être prêt à arpenter les rues de Venise. Le lieu est situé en plein centre près des lieux touristiques, tout peut se faire à pied et les vaporettos ne sont pas loin si nécessaire. Damiano est un vrai vénitien et saura vous conseillez parfaitement !!

AWESOME BED & BREAKFAST This is the third time i was hosted at this B&B. Damiano is the perfect person to attend it. Clean rooms, perfect and delicious breakfast, specially Damianos capuchino. Signora Insieme ad un'amica ho appena passato due notti presso il Rialto 1082. In tutti gli anni che frequento Venezia non ho mai trovato un alloggio con dei gestori più gentili e disponibili e con un rapporto qualità prezzo più onesto. Anche la posizione è ottima fra S. Silvestro e S. Polo a pochi minuti a piedi dal Ponte di Rialto e appena a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata del vaporetta S. Silvestro. Spero di poter ritornarci presto.

Excellent stay Spent three nights at Rialto 1082 and highly recommend it. Great quiet location near the San Silvestro vaparetto stop, very clean, wonderful breakfast. Added plus: it's a stone's throw from Vineria All' Amarone wine bar and restaurant.
